After graduating from the University of Kansas School of Law, Michelle chose to remain in her home state, dedicating her career to serving its communities. Her work with Kansas Legal Services brought her face-to-face with the everyday struggles of Kansans—from financial hardships and housing insecurity to workplace challenges. These experiences have provided her with a deep understanding of the gaps in leadership and why many Kansans feel their voices are unheard.
